Week 8 of Flushing CSA!

Hello CSA members,

Another week of great variety! As you may have guessed, Swiss chard is a big crop at Golden Earthworm.but this is the first season with an overabundance of both zucchini, yellow squash and cucumbers.

We want to thank our volunteers last week for a job well done! Again we had new members volunteering and they were great!

This week’s volunteers are Caroline, Cynthia, Michele and Lucy . The HS volunteers are Angelica and/or Anahi. The site supervisors are Jamie and Larry.

Just a reminder: No eggs this week. NOTE: BUT PLEASE BRING YOUR EMPTY EGG CARTONS TO THE PICK-UP AS LEWIS WAITE FARMS NEEDS THEM BACK.

No Lewis Waite extras this week but you can order online for delivery next Thursday, July 28. Once you order, please pay online, as we don’t handle checks or cash.
